Technical issues in the game are rare, but can happen. If you suspect there has been a bug in your game, it has likely affected other players has well. Please refer to our Announcements: Known Issues FAQ. All current and solved technical issues will be posted and updated by our team.
If you have not found a solution from the FAQ, we highly recommend the Bugs and Issues category of our Community Forum. There will you find other players who may have experienced the same issue, and information on when to contact Support. As you scroll down, you will see a variety of technical issues and suggested solutions (remember not to start a new thread if one already exists!).
When reporting a bug, try to be as specific as possible in describing the issue. Details such as: screenshots, time (with timezone) when the issue occurred, what you were doing in the game and, the type of network used can all be helpful understanding the issue.
If the issue persists, or you have not found a solution from the FAQ or Forum, you can contact Customer Support. When submitting your request, please do fill in the Support Request Form as carefully as possible; for example, knowing your Game Account Identifier is vital. Be as detailed as possible when describing the issues, screenshots and the device you are playing on.
