If you have made an in-game purchase and the items have not appeared, don't panic, sometimes purchases can take a while to process. When that happens, you may want to restart the game to enable a fresh connection to the server. There is no need to purchase the item again.
Before you submit a support ticket, please locate the purchase receipt and add it to your request, along with the details of the purchase (in-game purchase made, time and date etc.). For Android users, please include the GPA code.
